This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. It covers the website only – your medical records at the hospital are governed separately.

What we collect
The appointment form asks for your name, mobile number, problem area, preferred date and session, and an optional message. The live form also uses security checks to reduce automated or repeated submissions.
We do not ask for your address, your date of birth, your insurance number or any medical record through this website. Please do not send detailed medical information through the form – bring it to your appointment instead.
Why we collect it
The hospital uses appointment enquiries to contact you, arrange your visit and manage scheduling. Security checks help protect the form against misuse.
Where it goes
On the live website, a submitted enquiry is recorded in the hospital’s appointment list and an email notification is sent to the configured hospital administrator. The form then opens WhatsApp with your details prepared. You must press send in WhatsApp to deliver that message. In the local preview, submissions only prepare a message; they are not saved by the hospital or sent automatically.
WhatsApp is a third-party service. Its privacy policy applies when you use it. You can call reception instead if you prefer not to share an enquiry through WhatsApp.
Who we share it with
Hospital staff use enquiry details to respond to appointment requests. Website hosting, email delivery and WhatsApp services process information as part of that workflow. Embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps are also third-party services with their own privacy policies.
The exception is the ordinary one: where we are required to disclose information by law.
How long we keep it
For information about how long the hospital holds an appointment enquiry, or to request its deletion, contact reception. Medical records created during treatment are separate from website enquiries.
Third-party content and cookies
Videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed mode. This reduces how views are used for personalisation, but does not mean that no data is processed. YouTube and Google Maps may process technical information or use cookies when their content loads or is used.

Security
Please avoid entering detailed medical reports, identity documents or insurance numbers into the appointment message. Bring them to your consultation. Use the official hospital contact numbers if you have questions about an enquiry.
Your choices
You can ask us what enquiry details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Call 0261 2562737 or email drshiroya@gmail.com and tell us the mobile number you used, so we can find the enquiry.
Children
We treat children at the hospital, but the appointment form is intended to be completed by an adult – a parent or guardian booking on a child’s behalf.
